I went to Capitol Toyota in Salem OR to look at used vehicles, told the salesman i wouldn't be purchasing until the beginning of the year and didn't want to waste his time but would like to look at the Toyota Highlander Hybrid and get some info to see if its the car for me because I have been very interested in it, he basically didn't want anything to do with me after I told him that and wouldn't even get the keys and unlock the car so I could look at it! I thought they were supposed to help you find the car that is right for you and also give you info but apparently NOT! After my unpleasant visit to Toyota!!!

I went to Lexus of Portland and told them the same thing that I wouldn't purchasing until the beginning of the year and the salesman DANIEL J, OKHOTIN was more than helpful, even let me test drive the vehicle and gave me plenty of info! I will gladly purchase from Lexus, but will NOT be going back to Capitol Toyota,Customer service should be their #1 priority and clearly they are lacking!
