Tarbox made an error on the registration fees. I had not received a registration by the expiration of the dealer plates so I contacted and they mentioned there was a delay at the DMV. I followed up one month later and received the same response. One week after they called and said there was an error and I was required to pay an additional $130+ to receive my registration and asked for a credit card over the phone. I thought we came to the agreement where they would send the summary of charges through the mail. Another month later and that still did not happen. I had to take a half day off of work and drive across states to settle their error and pay a fee. All communications were initiated by me. Poor customer service. No mindfulness if the inconvenience caused.

I gave 2 stars because I like the truck and the person who helped me when I arrived in person was considerate. I recommend other dealership experiences I ve had over Tarbox Toyota
