The Ink Factory crew have been really professional, knowledgeable, and friendly in setting up my tattoo appointment, I'm really excited to see the finished result! On the day I was in for the consultation with Maja, I remembered (very absent-minded and spur of the moment) to ask a question I had about jewelry for some piercings - I didn't have an appointment for it but Patric was really helpful and so kind, he made sure I got sorted. Great welcoming inclusive place.
