I decided to invest in a flip property last year and was advised by Hunter and my realtor who was a friend of a friend of hunter to purchase this house. I was told over and over and over that the house would be worth over 600k and was told about 630k. It was very expensive to purchase through nertworth and their loan department, with hidden costs. I put in over 700 hours of work and 5 months later I'm losing 20k, and not one realtor or appraiser agreed that the house was worth anything close to 600k.
