Mars dealt with my situation right away down in the parking garage.

We were charged minutes after we paid for parking. I called to rectify this, they said we did not pay as it was not showing on the dash. I then spoke with a Toronto Bylaw Officer as well as the Mars Head Office and it was rectified. You DO NOT NEED to leave the slip on your dash.
