Brought my Sprinter here to get serviced. I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time and had a list of things I wanted to get done including breaks and a diagnostic to find out why the check engine light was on. I was told I would get a call by noon telling me what needed to be done. I never got a call and when I finally called at 4 pm I was treated rudely by the woman who answered the phone and never got a call back. When I went to pick up the vehicle at closing time, I was told that all they had time to do was an oil change! It was there for 10 hours and they charged over $400 for an oil change! Meanwhile my check engine light is still on.
