Greedy company! They will raise your rent the first chance they get even if nothing has been done to the property and not let the person who owns the property know, meaning they keep the rent increase,not the home owner. I'm lucky enough to be in contact with the owner of the property and when he found out he put an end to the rent increase and switched realtor companys .great companyfor the person who needs to rent out their property and doesn't care about the renter. As a renter it takes forever for things done and they will do it the cheapest way possible which only leads to it needing to be done again. So glad my landlord was kind enough to get rid of this scammie company. Oh and don't forget the invasion of your home every 6 months by malt
