I booked my room 3 months before my stay to guaran...

I booked my room 3 months before my stay to guarantee to get a room. I received an email stating there was no need to call and confirm. Also called ahead to let them know I was going to be arriving late and they said it was ok. When I arrived, all they had was smoking rooms left. Unfortunately I had bronchitis and asthma and the girl behind the counter said there was nothing she could do. She said to check in the morning to see if something came available. I asked if they could save me a room and call me and let me know when it is available. She said no. She said I had to come downstairs and check. I asked for a manager. The manager had mysteriously found a room. Not the room I thought I was going to get. Nothing like the picture I chose from the original reservation I made. The manager on duty was very helpful, but the other worker was so rude
