First time using Savo store and I really expected ...

First time using Savo store and I really expected the great service heaped on them by their customers. Safe to say they do NOT respond to emails. My goods have been at the warehouse since March. I do understand there could be delays during this time but all they do is send blanket emails with new rules and regulations. I have all but given up. Nobody calls back either. Not sure when I will hear back . Never using them again.
