I have not received the product yet and will review that when it arrives. I did want to say that my customer service experience was incredible. Nathan bent over backwards to help me make a purchase for my brother who is very ill. He wanted to get his wife earrings for Christmas as he will not be here then. Nathan really helped the whole process. I was very pleased that he was so helpful.
