Well it all started on the Friday the 3rd of May. I was driving had a mechanical issue with the engine, had my truck towed back to the West Hills dealership.

This is where Paul comes in. He was the service representative that wrote up my service request. I had called on Friday later to see about an appointment and was given the 16th of May was the earliest. I stopped by on Monday to chat with Paul and see what was going on with my repair. He advised that he would try and get it in sooner if there was an opportunity/ cancellation, which I appreciate his efforts but also understood that it might not happen. Tuesday no movement, Paul had tried again to slide it in the Q just to at least see what was wrong, not necessarily start the repair. I had researched some other opportunities.

That evening I started to think about the truck and came to the conclusion that maybe I should trade it in and get what I could for a trade in and run with it and purchase a new vehicle. Early Birthday present to myself

Today, I got up early and headed off to the dealership to look at trucks, see if anything grabbed my attention, a few did. KC, happened to be in the office and invited me in,advised me that there were no sales people in till 0900, but she was more than happy to grab the key board and allow me to look through the trucks that interested me. KC also took me out for a test drive on one of the trucks. KC also got the paperwork and process started on figuring out what the trade in might be

We arrived back, there I met Reggie, but by then I had pretty much made up my mind that I was going to buy the truck that I'd test driven. Reggie began to work with the manager that did the appraisal also explained the preliminary paperwork and what he needed. All the numbers came together for the trade in and the cost for the repair after a considerable amount of discussion. I had asked Reggie, after he showed me what the repair number was, if he could ask for the trade in amount to be to be closer to what I owed. He told me he would see what he could do. A few minutes later he came back with a number that was acceptable to me and i told Reggie ti get the paperwork going, that I wa s bg using a truck.

That process got started and I met with the finance dude, Ron I believe, anyway that process went smooth as well.

The overall experience was great, everyone was professional, respectful, helpful.

I'm truly grateful for everyone there that I met, that worked on the deal today
