I always thought I would be landlord since my dad always was when I was growing up. At 40 yrs old, I've been a condo owner for a couple years, but still not a landlord.

Scott was great in person, much like on Income Properties, but this presentation revealed many things you don't see on the show. Everything he says makes a lot of sense and he cleared up a few things I've been wondering about and even a few things I had no idea about that will make my life much easier now that I know. Even though the cost of the upcoming 3 day workshop is expensive for my income, I think it's more than worth it! I'm looking forward to going with my dad, that would be great!

Thanks to Scott and LWA for holding this event in my city of Ottawa, I might not have gone if I had to drive a few hours to get there and I'd be the one missing out.
