During Level 2 they still charged high rates. But ...

During Level 2 they still charged high rates. But there was no Sky or TV, the bar and restaurant were closed, the tap to the bath didn't work and there were no staff at the desk to sort it. Seriously disappointing would have got better service at a local motel. Otherwise New Plymouth was a great place to be.
