Had trouble getting past their robot woman to spea...

Had trouble getting past their robot woman to speak to a real person, only to find out that the overdue bill for a unannounced BOND on my electricity service had been sent to the wrong address. The lady was helpful enough, but stuck me on hold to organise a copy to be sent by email, only for the phone call to be lost after 5 minutes of waiting for her to come back to me.
Really would like de-regulation of electricity supply in my area, so these guys have to improve.
