We used this place twice because they are the only place open late, and both times the front desk seemed wholly uninterested. They charge a lot of money just to diagnose the animal. They told us the cat needed a blood transfusion and then he *might* survive. We chose not to do it, because the cost was too high for a possible failure on a foster animal, and the staff did their best to make us feel like horrible human beings for asking them to just put the animal out of its misery. We did feel bad, but we had the body sent to our regular vet, and his diagnosis made us feel better. Turns out the cat had an autoimmune disease and could not have been saved anyway.
