My son wanted to buy his new bicycle 3 days ago, so had to go through the weird experience of visiting the store. Firstly, I wasn't greeted well and wandered like a clueless cloud as the "supposedly" well communicated customer service staff member didn't want to waste his 3 seconds uttering hello to me and my teenage boy.
The name of that star customer service guy was James. My son excitingly asked him about 2 bikes he liked. James didn't answer him well and instead mocked my son's questions. However soon after I quickly thought of leaving as this bad customer service didn't deserve anything more.
I really got the strong impression that he just looked down upon us and was arrogant if not retarded. His attitude was just worth despising and he was both unwelcoming and rude. I'm never turning back to that store again and I don't believe such limited-knowledge and arrogant individuals should be working in customer service of such a reputable company. I'll not recommend going to that store if you're not wanting to feel being looked upon and humiliated. Hope to not experience such pathetic customer service again.
