This is our fifth time here. We are return guest's as it's a great location and fantastic for kids. The staff are super friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. We keep coming back as there is so much for children to do, kids club (4yrs and over or if your child is under 4yrs your nanny can take your children in and keep them entertained while you relax!) kids activities, feed the Koi fish and spot the terrapin turtles hiding in different pond dotted around complex, buffet breakfast is a kids heaven! And separate kids pool area with slides. There are 4 different pool areas to choose from (Barong, kids, main and adults pool) There are also ladies that braid hair and paint nails that by the Barong pool that is very popular with little girls. Also I'd like to add that we pre ordered and paid for a Birthday cake through the hotel and it was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, our daughter loved it!

Tip...skip the cocktails at the Barong pool bar and go the bar at the main pool or adults pool and ask for a Lychee Martini . walk down to legian beach for sunset and get the Satays and Pad Thai or Nasi Goreng for lunch by the pool.
