I'm not loving room # 1666 because it's right next...

I'm not loving room # 1666 because it's right next to the elevator and it's really loud. However, the housekeeping service man that takes care of this area is a real sweetheart. He has gone above and beyond for us and his level of customer service is not something I see much of any more these days. Even though I've been grumpy over the room, his kindness makes up for my negative feelings about it. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. The kids love the pool with the slide and are having no problems making friends. The resort food is spendy, but good. Eggs N Things Sarasota is only a short walk away for breakfast. We have had a great time.
