The ER was swamped that Friday night, despite which
my mother was tended to quickly, courteously, and professionally
by Dr. Yoon, an excellent doctor.
The nurses in W321 were also excellent, particularly considering
my Mom is quite difficult (thanks Nurse Chi Chi, too bad you're married!).
We're very grateful to this wonderful hospital.....no need to go to
Manhattan for a big name.
