I was so impressed with Mayfield Toyota that I now own 3 Corolla and a Rav 4. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service is deteriorating day by day. There's not enough staff to meet the demand at most times. It took me 2 days to book an appointment. After a long wait on the line on day 1, I was prompted to leave a message and that someone will return my call. No one did. Day 2, I called again and was put on hold for 20 minutes, twice. Finally on my 3rd attempted I got lucky. One Saturday, I took my vehicle in for 10 am appointment but was not helped till 30 minutes after. I was told some customers show up without an appointment and they can't refuse. So what's the sense of booking an appointment? Last Saturday to collect my vehicle after service, I was standing alone in the pick up counter line for almost 10 minutes before someone showed up to help me. I'm sure that I am not the only one receiving this kind of service.
