This is the 6th day I have not received my COVID test results. An appointment was scheduled to deliver me the results this afternoon, and they finally called me an hour and a half late about my results. I ended up spending an hour of my day calling them to understand what was going on.

Additionally I waited 45 minutes in line to get a COVID test last week. Highly recommend getting a test with more bandwidth.
