Had some error codes showing up after I refilled our tub. No jets were working either. Called in to United and was helped by Eleanor, who treated me with respect, kindness, wonderful patience. She could have told me that the answers were all in the User's Manual, but instead, she walked me through everything I needed to do in order to get up and running! Great customer service!!!
