Horrible customer service, I'm a early bird went down for coffee nothing was out, the agent behind the desk Amila was very nasty and act as if I was asking for to much.
I don't think asking coffee at 6.30 in the morning is to much, my room was awesome and the overall atmosphere is pleasant just dont ask Amila for nothing!!!
