I really enjoyed working with Rafael when getting a new car. He communicated with me for a week before I even came in, was very patient with all my questions and wants for the car, and had many options for me to consider when I came in. It came down to a new vs used Equinox and Rafael was very good about being matter of fact between the two, and let me make my own decision. The new one! Great experience for the second time at Lupient Chevrolet!
