Poor customer service in trying to resolve a SERVICE issue. Negligent technicians creating problems for consumers, incomplete service records and comments. The director of service doesn't even actually have mechanic or "hands on service" experience, yet he is the one making final big business decisions. He is still arrogant and confident about something he has no experience with.

In this situation it is overpriced work and poor customer service. A company of this magnitude should be able to stand by their products and service, be trustworthy and a consumer advocate.
If you read these google reviews, you will find that all the negative reviews are related to the service department and not sales. All the good reviews are related to sales department.
I caution you with getting any repairs here.
