I recently purchased a server for a client. The sales associate was wonderful and very helpful. The equipment was also very high quality. The after sales support was absolutely awful. If you guys had domestic (english speaking) support reps I'm sure my experience would have gone differently. I had to go back to the sales rep for support who ended up solving the problem for me and was very helpful.
