We booked to stay here as a family. We couldn't make it at the last minute due to a medical emergency. Although the T&Cs stated the cost was non refundable, we wrote to them and their manager immediately agreed to a full refund. This hotel walks the talk on customer care and social responsibility. We haven't even stayed there yet and already think very highly of them. Can't wait to stay with them next time.
