There is no need to call anyone but Thompson Mechanical, when my air conditioner decided not to work any longer, they came out the same day to get me an estimate and very easy to schedule an installation date. The installation crew called prior to showing up, they were very friendly and professional. Walked me through everything they had done and stayed to answer all my questions.
