overall a good experience... we bought a nice sect...

overall a good experience... we bought a nice sectional, delivery was in only 3 weeks, communications were awesome, both via text and email.
the delivery guys were awesome. love the sectional.

where it could be better...

1) we ended up working with 2 different salespersons, as our original was part-time, and there was mis-communication regarding her availability. we were under the impression that commissions were involved, and were trying to ensure the salesperson we started with was compensated appropriately. when went to finalize based on what we thought was her schedule, but she wasn't there. prior, we had many questions after our initial visit, and had emailed them to our original salesperson, but had to wait 4 days for her to come in and read and respond to them. on our final visit we worked with a new salesperson and finalized the deal. i suggest that buyers work with whoever is there, and ask all questions face to face, or call and ask for anybody on the floor.
2) the fabric option uplifts can be huge. one fabric we looked at raised the price by over 100%. i really think the fabric choices should be sorted by uplift price, and some explanation as to why some are higher than others. buyers need to be very aware of this.
3) upon delivery, 2 accent pillows were missing. the delivery folks engaged with jordan's customer service, and the missing pillows are on the way.

overall, a great experience. i only mention the above to help future buyers have a productive experience.
