Out of no where I start getting bills saying my ac...

Out of no where I start getting bills saying my account is past due, even though I called in months prior and asked to pay whatever I owed and thought it was taken care of. Now I've been calling for 3 days, probably called about 150 times, and have been transferred to a recording in the billing department every time. I just want to pay my bill, and they won't let me (oh and they overbilled me, still have to get that taken care of). So disorganized.
