I recently purchased a 2010 Lexus RX450H hybrid SUV and am sharing my buying experience. I was not prepared to make a decision that night and was very impressed with Andrew. Not only did he take the time to do a highway drive with me; but back at the sales office, we reviewed the mechanical history and several times he went to the service department to get answers. I never felt pressured and I also have to give credit to Sean Johnson who gave me a fantastic price for my trade-in, a Ford Fusion hybrid with 320,000 km. Part of my decision to make the purchase was the sense of care I got from the dealership, as the SUV was serviced at Lexus on the Park. I met with Greg Mugford the service advisor and sensed he had a lot of pride in maintaining the vehicle. I even brought in the 'recalls' from Transport Canada and these had all been taken care of. Also I never felt any pressure from Lazar Lazarovski the finance manager when showing me the extra coverage if I wished to purchase them and a day later I decided to purchase the rust module after researching this on my own. So if you want a great experience without pressure, Andrew is your salesperson to go to and Sean is more than fair with his final approval of the deal. I highly recommend the team at Lexus on the Park.
