The place is a definite 5 stars but unfortunately on the day we visited for afternoon tea, the service was abysmal. The waiters seemed lost and kept getting orders mixed up. In the end, being the classy hotel they are, they didn t charge us for the items they d got wrong (and subsequently corrected). I would love to go there again and perhaps even stay as it is a lovely property and has a beautiful atmosphere. Shame about the day we visited...
