Some of the best service I have received. I ordered a jacket from them on eBay, and it turns out they didn't have the exact color/size I wanted. Of course, I had waited until the last minute and was leaving on a trip.
They sent me a brand-new jacket to wear on the trip, then cheerfully exchanged it for the color and size I wanted when I got back. What could have been a sour experience instead had me applauding their commitment to customer satisfaction.
