I was initially impressed with the grand scale of the hotel, but quickly realized I would be better off at the Westin down the street or the Marriott. The best part of the hotel was the view and proximity to Seaport Village. The room was clean enough and the bed was fine. However the walls were quite thin, as were the windows so I wasn't able to sleep much. The food offerings inside the hotel we're underwhelming for the price. I got food poisoning either from the little market sandwich or the Burger 30 restaurant and was unable to leave my room for 24 hours. I called the front desk to ask to have some Pedialyte charged to my room, and while the young lady was very polite, she said they were unable to deliver it, but that they sold it downstairs in the gift shop. I was still quite sick the day after, so I asked for a late check-out to have some rest before the long ride home, but was denied. I don't usually leave negative reviews, however if you are looking for accomodations in the downtown area, I suggest you try elsewhere.
