Absolute worst Home Depot rental I have ever experienced. The rental department will consistently rent you broken tools, be rude to you when you return them and then charge you for the time that you had the broken tool.

This has happened on two separate occasions. I wish Lowe s would get their act in order to challenge the poor service that Home Depot offers.
