Pretty bad company. Software doesn't work as described and the exorbitant fees are negotiable to the tune of about 50% off and you can pay quarterly or semi-annually.
But watch the hard sell, for instance, "Brian, if I can get my manager to agree to (this price), can we get a credit card today." Once you sign up, get ready for the up-sells. You have to pay $350 a month extra for of all things, customer service. Another $200 a month for better reporting and other basic sales features. We were able to get out of our contract for $750. While I was "building my list" with Hubspot, the employees at Hubspot signed up to be on the list. After I left, (I now use ActiveCampaign and Hootsuite and I love it) Ellen Zehntner, a Sales Manager who per LinkedIn, claims to be "leading & scaling the HubSpot sales organization", instead of just unsubscribing, she vindictively elected to report my marketing as abuse, saying she never signed up. The company is a joke, they talk bad about each other on the phone to justify their mistakes.

I want to reach out to let you know, the onboarding isn t anything like we discussed and what you said it would be. We signed up about three weeks ago and we ve been on the phone with Ray twice that s it. This isn t what we talked about or agreed on. As you can see below, my development team has had to get involved and nothing is very straight forward or accommodating.
I'm so sorry for the delay on this - we are working to push you up the assignment queue!

I think everything looks good on my end - I saw the main website and the domains in HubSpot are greenlit. Glad your team was on hand to resolve this so quickly.
My week is currently full though I can fit you into a 30 min slot this Fri, October 14, 2:00 2:30 PM EST.
It's a bit difficult for me to accommodate 2 one hour blocks but I'm willing to do a one hour call and a 30 minute check-in under the conditions that we make steady progress on our actions items and complete the tasks outlined in the projects tool.
I'll have to get back to you regarding the page views on the Landing Page not working. Comparing it with my own, the only difference is that your tracking code on the page isn't at its full length. I'llget back to you on why that is.
I've checked the DKIM authorization and I can't see anything wrong with the setup. It may also be helpful to whitelist HubSpot emails. If I'm missing anything here, just let me know.
This has now been going on for three weeks and from what I am told, we are a lot further than most I find that impossible. Additionally, I m being told that I received the max email notification (200) and to get more, I have to pay $50 a month and another $200 for reports. I thought your software was a complete program.
This has been a disappointing and uneventful three weeks. We stopped using our other SEO group and we have had a sign up in two weeks. Not only is our arrangement costing me money, it s costing me business as well.
Not what we agreed to at all.
