This company is very rude... Ms. Howard answered the phone she was very rude I actually had her on speaker so that my mom could hear the call she said wait a minute I waited for like 4 minutes then she breathes and says now you have my attention she was very unprofessional she was acting like she didn t want to be bothered I asked for a Supervisor she refused to let me speak to one she told me I had to hang up and call back. If I could give this company no stars I would.
