It's ridiculous that I have to wait 3-5 days for my account when I have active access, phone numbers...codes...etc. Completely insane. To not even have an option to pay to speed up the process is stupid. I need access to this account on my laptop and I'm willing to pay because of my mistake or whatever it is that happened when I changed my parameters last night. I pay Google every month. I bought a Google phone. I have been a ridiculously loyal Google client. This type of service is more akin to Comcast and guess what? I left them and never went back.

With this type of service, Google will not last long if this is the way they think it's ok to help long time clients.

If you want epic businesses and lifelong clients, you have to provide epic customer service. This falls far below that. I wouldn't have called your customer service if I knew all I was told repeatedly is to follow the online prompts. I had already done that. Why else would I be calling? You insult my intelligence by telling me to do what I've already done.

I simply don't accept there is no other way to help me. There is ALWAYS another way and as a customer service center, that way should be provided and offered.

Not impressed.
