Wednesday I paid TCS $80 to fix the screen in my daughters cell phone. He tells me to hang onto the receipt because there is a 7 day warranty. Cool. So we get home and we notice that there is a chip on the edge of the screen. I know for a fact that it wasn't dropped. To me it looked like it happened during install, like a little too much pressure had been applied to it. I thought no biggie, 7 day warranty I'll take it back when I get some time off work. So we put a screen protector on it went about our days. The phone did get dropped and it cracked under the screen protector. It cracked from the chip all the way across the screen. So today Monday, 5 days later, I get some time to go in with the receipt and the guy basically tells me to kick rocks. He won't honor the warranty because its cracked. He doesn't even care that it cracked because of the defect in the screen from when they put it together. It's disappointing that they won't stand behind their work or their warranty and try to right by the customer.
