Original and creative, great flavors, reasonable prices, what's not to like? Who would think of porchetta Benedict? And then execute it so well, particularly the porchetta hollandaise. I'm a very good cook and I can't figure out how I would do it. This chef likely one to watch. Meanwhile, go eat there. Just do it.
