I wanted to get a truck for my husband. I looked at a lot of different places to find the truck that my husband would enjoy. After finding the perfect truck on the Fort Mill Ford website, I called and made an appointment to go look at it. Once we got there to look at the truck they were supposed to pull for us, but they had actually sold it already and did not take it off their website. That is where Adrian comes in. He apologized for the mix up and tried his best to find one similar to what we wanted. We test drove one truck and was not completely satisfied with it, so he showed us around. He was very patient with us to find the perfect truck. After doing some searching we found one that we liked, even though it was a little out of our price range. Adrian worked diligently with the manager Dave to find the best deal for us. Although, we did not receive the student discount or a discount for my husband being a veteran, I feel like we got a good deal. We also got free lunch while we waited for the paper work to be processed. It was an overall excellent experience and would go back for our next car purchase.
