I phoned for scheduled maintenance for my outlande...

I phoned for scheduled maintenance for my outlander phev, tire swap and also because if the recall letter I received. The Service Advisor on the the phone Brenda book me an appointment and told me that since there is no parts available for the recall it will be the service advisor at the service department that will book my appointment. On thw day of my appointment I asked Matteo the service advisor when can he schedule me for the recall and he told me it will be Brenda of call centre who will call me when parts became available. So now not sure whose really gonna book my recalk appoinment as both is pointing to each other and also I told Matteo to plug in my vechicle after so that when I pick it up it has a charge but to mybdismay it was not plug in.I dont have problem with the work that they did on my car but the cuatomer servuce is not good. This is my second time I encounter poor customer service but Nelson Lantin was able to fixed it the first time too bad he's not there yesterday.
