I explained my requirements by phone to Lisa P, and she found the vehicle I wanted the next day. I flew from San Diego to Oakland; was picked up at the airport; and was on my way home at 9:45am. My Tacoma was prepped, washed and fueled when I got there, and the paperwork and orientation was completed in an hour-and-a-half. I was home in time for a late supper. And . . . I saved money!
