Our sales person - Liam - was great. No pressure, just helped us find the right car for us. The remainder of our experience has not been good. Our experience with the finance team means that even though we're in the market for a second car, we wouldn't go back.

Edit to respond to owner: Hi Paul, the first thing would be to have your finance director respond to my email answering my questions of clarification. I don't expect that anything will change in the long run, but the most frustrating thing has been the lack of communication/explanation.

Edit: Thanks. I think we can objectively agree that Tom has responded. It's more subjective as to whether my questions have been answered (I don't think they have, he does). But I think I'm going to leave it at that for now. It's a great little car, shame about the service.
