Terrible attendance. It is ridiculous that I have the right to my University Ticket benefit and have to kneel in the corn to get this benefit. I went with money to solve my card, registration was done and everything, but due to their internal processes, I will stay a whole week still, I have to go there again personally to solve something if they were organized, I would be able to solve it in a unique service and you wouldn't have to wait and pay the full ticket price. It's an absurd!
