Customer Serv:Rude. I wanted to speak to someone with exp in waterproofing and get a quote, we have a unique water issue and a normal one. Never even got the chance. Spoke to a woman, condescending, insulting. She was concerned with wasting time on an issue they couldn't fix (which I understand). However, if she wasn't talking over me, or concerned with how much she knew and on what I should/shouldn't do and actually took a min and listened, maybe you would have had a customer. I cant speak your jargon, but I do know if you cannot fix a 6"x.125" crack in the wall weeping water, 8" below the soil line, then you shouldn't say you are able to waterproof; never even GOT to the unique issue. Would never use, recommend or call again. Know who you're speaking to before making statements and assumptions 1st Qual, very poor form.
