UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! (Would leave zero stars if i could)

Montgomeryville Nissan has been terrible to work with. I had an issue with my car that started when I first bought it and they not only refused to help me but were very hard to get in contact with and took often failed to return calls. I had to go through Nissan corporate. When corporate ultimately resolved the issue free of cost, it resulted in my car being in the shop for 3 weeks. Montgomeryville originally said they wouldn't provide me a loaner because I had never brought my car to them to be serviced since I bought it - so since I wasn't giving them business of oil changesn etc. (despite the fact that I boughy a $25k car from them) they were not going to help me. When I explained that I'd sent 2 family members to them who ended up buying cars, they still refused to provide a loaner vehicle.
