I just adore your customer service representative, George. He's VERY polite and understanding. You can feel a bit interrogated when you try to handle a problem with some Reps over the phone, but, his professionalism is greatly appreciated!
I merely expressed that I was getting over the flu and he even gave me a suggestion on how to continue my healing. Advice he could've decided to keep to himself, he shared with me. This is what the world needs more of.. people who genuinely care. Bless you George!!
