My dad graduated from Rose-Hulman with a degree in mechanical engineering, and so I've spent enough time around engineers to know that they're incredibly smart and they know it. A lot of the times there's a lot of arrogance that I have to deal with when it comes to dad, but the agent who helped me with my chemistry on AskRose was incredibly polite and understanding and didn't make me feel stupid at all, even though I missed some pretty obvious stuff. I'll definitely use this the next time I'm struggling because using the chat option is a lot more conducive to my learning style and helps me better formulate my questions. This is a wonderful learning tool. Keep up the good work!
