Went back to Nalley Ford to get an oil change and to get a door latched fixed that had been recalled. overall I was charged for a tire mount they did incorrectly the first time they replaced my tires instead of them admitting to the mistake and I now hear wind coming through my door they stated they fixed. They are less then 3 miles from my house but this is the 2nd bad experience in customer service I have had and I rather drive to another ford dealership then use them again.
